Take a look at this little beauty… It’s the new Phillips Ultra-wide screen TV. It’s aspect ratio is 21:9 rather than the now standard 16:9.
Here is a TV that gives you cinema-scope viewing area. This should mean no more black bars at the top an bottom of your screen.
It’s not out yet. But let’s see if it lives up to what it looks like it is going to offer.
Here is an amazing band from Denmark, just over a year old and already making waves. You’ll recognise the song from the new iPod Touch advert. Take a look - watch out for this band!

THR ROYAL TENENBAUMS - I saw this film today after an age of reading reviews and hearing about it. OMG, it is stunning, a land of sweetness and a glimpse back at childhood. Alongside RUSHMORE it now sits in my top ten films I am glad to have experienced- I say experienced because you don’t just watch this film you become part of it.
Wes Anderson, clearly an isnpiration to the likes of NAPOLEON DYNAMITE and NACHO LIBRE it delivers in terms of viual uniqueness and delightful musical asides.
In essence, watch the thing! You’ll love it if you get it.
I came across these on Ffffound today whilst looking for some inspiration for a totally unrelated project. Are these just quality or what? Forget the fact that they are representing an organisation or event - they stand alone as pieces of art. More like this please.
Well, after a while of backing up and general messing around it looks like I am now up-to-date with the new Wordpress. So, I’m writing this on my 3G iPhone to see if the app works… Let’s hope it does.
